Classification and testing methods for deposited metal of submerged arc welding for carbon steel and low alloy steel

Abstract

This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies quality classification (mechanical properties and chemical compositions) and testing methods for deposited metal to be obtained by the submerged arc welding material (hereafter referred to as "deposited metal") to be used submerged arc welding for carbon steel and low alloy steel (high tensile strength steel, heat resisting steel and atmospheric corrosion resistant steel).
