Testing methods of precipitation equipments

Abstract

This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the testing items and testing methods required for grasping the performance under the using condition of aggregation precipitation equipment, concentration equipment, etc. for the purpose to remove by precipitation or to concentrate by gravity the solid substances and suspensoids in waste water or sludge in sand basin and natural precipitation basin to precipitate under the state or improve precipitation property of particles with aggregating suspensoids by adding flocculent and aggregation improver to waste water or sludge and to increase the precipitation property by contacting those with precipitation sludge.
