Abstract

This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies general measuring methods for specific gravity of solid in mining and manufacturing industry such as the measuring method by using pycnometer, the measuring method by using Le Chatelier's pycnometer, the measuring method by weighing in liquid, the measuring method by using solid specific gravity balance, the measuring method by using volume, the measuring method by suspension, the measuring method of bulk specific gravity, and the measuring method of apparent specific gravity.
