JIS Z 7260-305:2000Bioconcentration: Flow-through fish test
Abstract
This Standard describes a procedure for characterizing he bioconcentration potential of substance, especially in the body of fish. The method gives sufficient details for performing the test while allowing adequate freedom for adapting the experimental design to the conditions in particular laboratories and for varying characteristics of test substances. Although flow-through test regimes are much to be preferred, semi-static regimes are permissible, provided that the validity criteria are satisfied. In addition, the portions underlined with dots are the matters not including the original OECD Guideline.
