Abstract
This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies quenched and tempered manganese-molybdenum and manganese-molybdenum-nickel alloy steel plates, excellent especially in low temperature toughness and weldability, or suited for thermal refining by quenching and tempering, to be used for nuclear reactors and other pressure vessels.
